My work is grounded in nervous system regulation and subconscious processing, supporting change that is felt, embodied, and sustainable. Sessions integreate insight with bottom-up approaches such as EMDR and Brainspotting, allowing emotional patterns and responses to shift at the level where they are held, not just where they are understood.
